At this time, Alphabet District ships within the United States only.

  • All orders are shipped via USPS

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination

Please note that shipping timelines provided by USPS are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or weather conditions.

Vintage Condition Disclosure

All items sold at Alphabet District are vintage or second-hand, meaning they may show signs of wear consistent with age and prior use.

We do our best to:

  • Accurately describe each item’s condition

  • Photograph any notable flaws or imperfections

  • Provide measurements when relevant

We encourage you to review all photos and descriptions carefully and reach out with questions before purchasing. We’re always happy to help clarify fit, condition, or details.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of vintage and second-hand clothing, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Fit issues

  • Normal signs of wear consistent with vintage items

Exceptions

A return may be accepted only if an item significantly differs from its listing, such as:

  • Incorrect item sent

  • Major undisclosed damage

  • Material misrepresentation

If you believe your order qualifies for an exception, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, including:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos for review

Approved returns must be shipped back in the same condition they were received. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Alphabet District is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed once they are in the possession of USPS. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If your package arrives damaged, contact USPS directly to file a claim and notify us so we can assist where possible.
